The Brigadier Hill Annexe is part of an original cottage called the 'Dovecot', which was set aside for the exclusive use of the ladies of the club. Built in 1907, it soon became a place for parties and social jamborees. It was named after Brigadier R.C.R Hill, the club's longest serving President. On entry, you are welcomed by a trellis-worked porch that leads on to a sweep of stairs reminiscent of the 18th century colonial era. The centre of the hall is sunken with a wooden floor and surrounded by pavilions looking out through large bay windows. It even has its own bandstand. Tall Tuscan pillars with decorative cornices and crystal chandeliers add to the picture perfect setting. The annexe can accommodate up to a hundred people.

The Maj. Gen. Bhatia Suite is adjacent to Suite 1869. Refurbished by Maj. Gen Bhatia, a past president, the suite was originally the Club Secretary's bungalow. The Suite can accommodate up to 25 guests.

Suite 1868 is a part of the original brick and mortar building, which was built when the Club was established in 1868. The suite maintains its old colonial charm with its fireplaces and monkey top gables characteristic of the period. Ideally suited for more intimate functions, the warm ambience can accommodate up to a dozen guests.

The Anchor Hall is sandwiched between the Brig. Hill Annexe on one side and overlooks the Anchor Lawns on the other. The Hall retains the old-world charm of the Club with Burma teak rafters on the roof and old mosaic tile flooring. In addition, it has its own powder room facilities.

The Anchor lawn, behind the annexe is used for more private and smaller occasions. It has an outdoor bar and a dance floor. The Anchor Lawn has rolling green lawns interspersed with foliage and enveloped by tree cover. The approach to the Anchor lawn is separate. It even has its own parking facilities.
